Kim’s production career affords her little time for travel. But, with camera in hand, travel she must. Her eclectic eye has captured images from all corners of the world from California to Tibet, from Canada to Argentina. She is naturally gifted with the ability to capture the capriciousness of light and shadow; the essence of photography itself. Her art and craft have been augmented by attending Columbia College Chicago and workshops with Ralph Gibson, Mary Ellen Mark and Keith Carter. Her work can be pastoral or urban, defining the chromatic textures of so many times and places. |
